- 1/8 cup Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Hot sauce

- 2 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
Pickled Ginger Oysters
- 1 tsp Pickled ginger finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh cucumber finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
